Refund Policy

1. General rule

Completed orders are non-refundable: the service was delivered. Money stays as balance credit where a refund applies — cash withdrawals are not offered.

2. Automatic cases

Order never started (cancelled by you or by us): full balance refund. Partial delivery: proportional refund of the undelivered part, automatic after status sync. Refill warranty: drops are topped up free instead of refunded.

3. Subscriptions

White Label renewals are non-refundable. Cancel stops the next charge; the current period is not compensated.

4. How to claim

Open a Support ticket with the order ID within 30 days. Claims are reviewed within 3 business days.

5. Abuse

Chargebacks, fake claims or systematic abuse void all refund rights and lead to a permanent ban with a report to payment providers.
