Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: login, email (if you provide it), password hash. Orders: links, quantities, statuses. Payments: amounts, methods and transaction IDs — full card or crypto details stay with the payment provider, we never see them. Technical data: IP address, browser, cookies, server logs.

2. Why we need it

To run your account, deliver orders, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, send service notifications (order status, deposits, tickets) and improve the service.

3. What we never do

We never sell your data, never ask for social network passwords, and never share data with advertisers. Your supplier-side order IDs are internal and never exposed.

4. Who sees your data

Only our team for support and abuse control, payment providers for transactions, and law enforcement when required by law. Resellers see only their own clients' logins, orders and limits.

5. Storage and security

Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, API keys and tokens encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Data lives on our EU servers with daily backups. Sessions expire automatically.

6. Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies only: login session, storefront session, language choice. No advertising trackers.

7. Your rights and deletion

Ask [email protected] for a data export or full deletion. Deletion closes the account and wipes personal data; anonymized order statistics may remain. Fraud-related records can be retained as required by law.
