ਸੇਵਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ

1. HYPPLY ਕੀ ਹੈ

HYPPLY provides paid digital promotion services (followers, likes, views, traffic and related services), a reseller API and White Label storefronts. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. ਯੋਗਤਾ

You must be at least 18 years old or have a parent's permission to pay online. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including your API key. Never share your password or API key.

3. ਆਰਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ

Place orders only for links and accounts you own or are authorized to promote. Delivery speed and volumes depend on the service and current load; stated speeds are estimates, not guarantees. Social networks may remove delivered numbers; services marked REFILL are topped up free during the warranty period.

4. ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ

The minimum deposit is $5. Funds added to your balance are used for orders and White Label subscriptions. Chargebacks or payment fraud lead to immediate account termination and a legal claim for damages.

5. ਰਿਫੰਡ

Completed orders are non-refundable. Orders that never started can be cancelled for a balance refund. Partial orders are refunded proportionally to the undelivered part. Subscription fees are non-refundable after renewal. See also /refund.

6. ਸਵੀਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਵਰਤੋਂ - ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਲਈ ਜ਼ੀਰੋ ਸਹਿਣਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ

It is forbidden to use HYPPLY for: fraud, phishing, spam, harassment, hate, adult content involving minors, or anything illegal. Orders promoting such content will be cancelled without refund.

7. ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਜ਼ਾ

Violations are punished: first a warning with order cancellation, then account suspension with balance freeze, then a permanent ban. Fraud, chargeback abuse, hacking attempts or attacks on our infrastructure will be reported to law enforcement and payment providers, and we will seek full compensation of damages in court. Resellers bear full responsibility for their clients and storefront content — your shop is suspended together with the offending client.

8. White Label

White Label subscriptions renew monthly from your balance. A failed charge suspends the storefront until you top up. You may cancel anytime; billing stops, the storefront goes dark immediately. Your clients are your responsibility.

9. ਦੇਣਦਾਰੀ

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HYPPLY is not liable for indirect losses, account actions by social networks, or third-party service changes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
